Our Connections. Funded and future-proofed.

How we Operate

Project funding

To introduce a project to DNA Energy Group, a concise project introduction is required, including the following key details to ensure alignment with our financing partner's criteria:

  1. Project Overview: A brief description of the project, including its purpose, scope, and location.

  2. Sector: Specify the industry sector (e.g., energy, transportation, commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, mining, or infrastructure). For energy projects, clarify if it involves green fuels or waste-to-energy (no oil or gas). For hospitality purposes, please confirm that the hotel is rated 5 stars or higher.

  3. Project minimum size: $150 million.

Partner selection

We select EPC partners who share our vision for sustainable, high-performance renewable energy infrastructure. Our process prioritizes collaboration, proven expertise, and alignment with international standards to de-risk projects and maximize value for all stakeholders.

Our Selection Process

  1. Initial Screening—Review of credentials, past project references, and financials.
  2. Technical and Commercial Evaluation—Detailed proposal assessment, including design approach, equipment selection, and pricing models.
  3. Due Diligence—Site visits (where applicable), reference checks, and risk profiling.
  4. Alignment Interview—Discussions to ensure cultural and strategic fit.

Deal structuring & Support

We provide comprehensive assistance with negotiations, due diligence coordination, and structuring flexible financing solutions (e.g., tailored equity stakes and loan instruments).

Closure and Post-Deal: We maintain full support until we successfully secure all funding, allowing developers to retain operational control post-investment.

By cultivating a network of partners with established track records, DNA Energy Group significantly reduces the time-to-closing from opportunity identification, positioning the company as a "deal accelerator."

Energy Management

At DNA Energy Group, we prioritize intelligent, efficient, and sustainable operations across our solar PV, battery energy storage (BESS), hybrid renewable, and water desalination projects. Our partner brings specialized capabilities in AI-enhanced building management systems that perfectly complement our mission. Their AI-driven BMS platforms enable:

  • Real-time predictive energy optimization — Leveraging machine learning algorithms to dynamically adjust HVAC, lighting, power distribution, and auxiliary systems based on occupancy patterns, weather forecasts, renewable generation profiles, and grid conditions—drastically reducing energy waste and operational costs.
  • Intelligent fault detection & predictive maintenance — Continuous monitoring and anomaly detection prevent downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure maximum availability of critical assets in renewable facilities.
  • Seamless integration with renewable systems — AI models optimize battery charging/discharging cycles, demand response participation, and microgrid coordination, unlocking higher overall system efficiency and revenue potential.
  • Enhanced ESG performance — Data-driven insights support carbon footprint tracking, compliance reporting, and verifiable sustainability achievements for investors, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Scalable, secure digital architecture — Cloud-edge hybrid deployment with robust cybersecurity, supporting everything from single-site commercial buildings to large-scale renewable energy parks.

Seawater Desalination Technology, Marine Mineral Recovery System

Our systems follow a proven, multi-stage conceptual framework tailored to coastal conditions, seawater characteristics, and renewable integration imperatives:

  1. Seawater Intake—Submerged or open-intake systems designed to minimize marine impact.
  2. Pre-Treatment—Advanced multimedia filtration, ultrafiltration (UF), and coagulation/flocculation ensuring long membrane life and consistent performance in variable seawater quality.
  3. High-Pressure Reverse Osmosis (RO)—Core desalination stage using state-of-the-art energy-efficient membranes and high-recovery configurations. Energy recovery devices are incorporated to recover up to 95-98% of the hydraulic energy from the brine stream, dramatically reducing specific energy consumption to levels competitive with global best practices (typically <2.5-3.0 kWh/m³ for large-scale plants).
  4. Renewable Energy Integration—All our schemes are designed to be powered by 100% renewable sources. Solar PV, wind, or hybrid renewable plants supply electricity directly to the high-pressure pumps and auxiliaries.
  5. Post-Treatment & Remineralization—Adjustment of pH, addition of minerals (e.g., calcium, magnesium), and disinfection to produce safe, palatable drinking water compliant with WHO and local standards. For agricultural use, boron removal and specific blending ensure suitability for irrigation.
  6. Brine Management—Additional income streams from mineral sales offset desalination costs, making fresh water production more affordable and self-sustaining.
  7. Full circularity—maximum water recovery combined with complete mineral utilization for genuine zero-liquid and zero-solid waste.
  8. Smart Monitoring & AI Optimization—Integrated with our partners' AI-driven systems for predictive operations, energy optimization, fault detection, and performance analytics.

Energy-Saving Coating

Discover the future of thermal management with our Energy-Saving Coating, a revolutionary passive radiative cooling solution that outperforms traditional reflective thermal insulation coatings. Designed to reduce temperatures, save energy, and extend equipment lifespan, this advanced coating is your key to sustainable and cost-effective cooling.

  • Thermal Reflection: Utilizes nanomaterials like titanium dioxide or ceramic microbeads to reflect over 80% of solar radiation (400-1800nm), minimizing heat absorption.

  • Radiative Cooling: Emits absorbed heat as infrared radiation, enabling heat dissipation even on cloudy days or at night.

  • Barrier Insulation: Incorporates low-conductivity materials like hollow glass or ceramic microbeads to block heat transfer, acting as a thermal barrier.

Key Features:

  • Temperature Reduction: Lowers surface temperatures by over 20°C and ambient temperatures by 3°C or more.

  • Eco-Friendly: Free of harmful substances like cadmium, lead, or formaldehyde, ensuring energy savings and environmental safety.

  • Durability: UV-resistant with a lifespan of up to 10 years, capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions.

  • Waterproof & Anti-Corrosive: Offers excellent resistance to water, acid, alkali, and acid rain, protecting surfaces.

  • Self-Cleaning: Hydrophobic and oleophobic properties ensure easy maintenance and a clean appearance.
